Guilt Free Noodles
If you haven’t tried zucchini noodles yet, hop on that band-wagon now! They taste so similar to pasta and still have a little crunch! You can find a julienne peeler just about anywhere, I linked one here!
What you need:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
Zucchini’s
-
Frozen Shrimp
-
Green & Red Peppers
-
Spinach
Cook your zucchini in a separate pan… they only take a few minutes, whereas the other food will take longer. Start with some of the olive oil in a pan, add in your frozen shrimp. After a few minutes, add in your peppers. After a couple more minutes, add in your spinach. Cook your zucchini noodles (no oil or water needed) over the stove for around 3 minutes. All you’re doing here is drying them out and removing the water a little bit. Drain water from zucchini noodles and add them to your shrimp pan. Cook for another minute, stirring everything together. You’re done! That’s it! It’s super healthy, a lot of this food is “free” food. You could add a cream sauce if desired! 🙂 *I added pepper and Tabasco sauce to mine.
