The fiance and I dined at Pancheros yesterday which is one of our regular grub-spots! We are burrito bowl and queso & chips freaks! I actually first fell in love with Pancheros when I lived in Omaha and worked in an outdoor mall; Village Pointe. That Pancheros was about 7-8 shops down from where I worked and it was an instant love! I’m telling you, go buy their queso right now and you’ll know exactly what I mean! I was so excited when Sioux Falls got their first location… and then their next location!
I got a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Pancheros the amazing eatery they are. Justin Miller is one of the three family members that own the two franchise Pancheros locations in Sioux Falls, SD! You could see right away that they take extreme pride in what makes them stand apart from their competitors. Looking in their backroom, you WON’T find two distinct kitchen objects that you will elsewhere… a FREEZER or a FRYER! Nothing you eat at Pancheros has been sitting there for weeks or months. Their pico, salsa, guac has all been made fresh that day! For being a kitchen, their backroom was absolutely spotless. Another sign of a good-ran restaurant when you’re having your customers trust in the product you’re giving them.
